2. Use of this website
You may use getfranklin.com for personal, non-commercial purposes such as learning about our services, scheduling work, applying for financing, paying invoices, or contacting us. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
3. Service calls and pricing
Service calls start at a flat $29 (plus tax) for a Franklin technician to come diagnose your issue and provide an all-in price for any recommended work. The $29 covers diagnosis only; if you decline the recommended repair, you owe only the $29. If you accept, the all-in price replaces the $29 fee. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Free in-home replacement quotes are exactly that — free — and carry no obligation to purchase.
4. Franklin Service Guarantee

5. Autopilot membership
Autopilot is a recurring-billing membership program. Pricing, included services, and cancellation terms are described on the Autopilot page. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Pre-paid annual memberships are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the paid term.
6. Financing
Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not Franklin. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender. Franklin does not control or guarantee any financing decision. See the Financing page for details.
7. Scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (479) 282-0003 or online. We’ll text you before a tech is on the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can — ideally at least 2 hours during business hours.
8. Communications and text messaging
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive operational text messages from Franklin (appointment confirmations, on-the-way notices, follow-ups about service performed). Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts.
9. Intellectual property
All content on getfranklin.com — text, images, code, logos, the “Franklin” trade name and marks — is owned by Franklin or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except that you may link to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution.
10. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you grant Franklin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use it for marketing, training, and operational purposes. You represent that the content is yours to share.
11. Disclaimers
Information on this website is provided for general guidance. DIY troubleshooting steps (such as those on the AC Repair page) are offered in good faith but you perform them at your own risk. Franklin is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from DIY work. When in doubt, schedule a service call.
The website is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Franklin’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid Franklin for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
