Our commitment
We believe the people we serve in Northwest Arkansas should be able to learn about our services, get a price, and book a tech without running into barriers. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our standard.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML so screen readers announce headings, lists, and landmarks correctly.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive control.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA targets across all body text and primary UI.
- Descriptive alt text on informative images; decorative images marked as such so they’re skipped by screen readers.
- Forms with explicit labels and error messages tied to their inputs.
- A working “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
- Pages that work with screen magnification up to 200% without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
We’re still improving. Areas we’re actively working on:
- Some embedded third-party widgets (the Halo chat assistant, the Fomo notification feed) are controlled by their vendors and may not yet fully meet WCAG AA. We have raised these gaps with the vendors.
- A handful of older blog posts may have images with minimal alt text. We’re backfilling these.

We aim to respond within two business days. If a fix is going to take longer than that, we’ll provide an alternative way for you to get the same information or service in the meantime.
