I had water coming from my utility room. I called Franklin and spoke w Will. He had Ayden go out there with in the hour. Ayden fixed the problem and also tightened all the pipes to make sure there were no leaks. He also cleaned up the extra water. All I can say is Exceptional Service! I will calling them in the future for any plumbing needs
I’ve been in the area for 20+ years and used a few service companies during that time frame. Franklin Heating & Air is my favorite area HVAC co so far. They are typically on time, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. I was ready to leave this Review with “I trust their judgment” though day after service call I will add this caveat: “it depends on who is sent out”. Unfortunately I now have to say that Kyle and Dimitrios misdiagnosed the problem and cost me an additional $45 to have propane people come out for 5 minutes to “put a meter on” my register (something I believe HVAC should be able to do) only to find all was well there. Surely a simple meter test by HVAC could determine if propane service was in fact needed. Not happy about that. April 2026 Axell Morris serviced my unit today, adding refrigerant as is typically needed for my older A/C. Axell was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I’m requesting a quote on a new unit. The company is trustworthy and I will continue to call upon Franklin HVAC and Axell.
Ayden Kubiak was very knowledgeable about the fact we needed to get a new toilet. He went over the cheapest to the more expensive options. He even checked to water pressure before he left the house.

Halo is your home maintenance AI assistant, available exclusively to Autopilot members. Halo sends you proactive weather reminders and alerts (so you know when to unhook your hoses before a freeze!), and can provide expert home maintenance advice tailored to your property.
What if I have multiple systems?
No problem! The base Autopilot plan covers one HVAC system and one water heater for $24.99/mo. Any additional HVAC systems or water heaters you want covered can be added to your plan for just $10.99/mo each.
Terms & conditions
The Autopilot by Franklin residential maintenance program is available exclusively for single-family homes with either Monthly or Annual Auto-Renewal payments. New members receive one (1) complimentary home electrical inspection upon enrollment (a $149 value), limited to one use per customer. This complimentary inspection must be scheduled within the first 30 days of membership beginning. Standard membership benefits per 12-month period include: two (2) HVAC tune-ups and one (1) plumbing inspection with a water heater flush (tank or tankless). All included maintenance visits must be completed within 12 months of the membership start date; any unused benefits do not roll over to the following year. Member benefits also include Warranty Protection through documented professional maintenance, hassle-free proactive scheduling, and 24/7 access to Halo, our home maintenance AI assistant.
Base pricing covers one (1) HVAC system and one (1) water heater. Our Priority Service guarantee ensures next-business-day response for HVAC and plumbing service repair and breakdown requests; this guarantee excludes routine maintenance visits and electrical service. In the rare event we cannot meet this commitment for a repair call, a $100 credit will be applied to your Franklin account for future use. If a water heater flush is not possible due to current equipment configuration, our technicians will provide a specialized plan to modify and optimize your system.
A minimum commitment of 12 months is required. If the membership is canceled prior to the completion of the 12-month commitment, the member is responsible for the full cost of the initial “complimentary” home electrical inspection ($149), as well as any other maintenance visits already completed within the current 12-month period. Membership can be transferred to another home within our service area if you relocate. Renewal notices are emailed 30 days before your anniversary renewal date.
