Ayden was polite and professional and determined the problem in less than a minute. His eyes could see what mine can't; or didn't. He removed the object and then did a quick check of the water heater and detected a problem with the expansion tank which I had no idea about but am glad he found.

Stephen did a great job, very positive about things - only thing I didn’t like was our “total” cost, think alike pricy but we had to get completed
1st time to rate Franklin 3 stars. Tech was friendly respectful and on time but must have been new took him over 2 hours to complete routine inspections on 2 units. He observed $400+ worth of cleaning and other maintenance which I didn’t understand need or value. He didn’t have ladder to check filters which I said was ok since I change them every 3 months. Lastly I would have to reschedule a Sr Tech to complete. UPDATE….5 stars Will (the owner) and Ryan (the Mgr of the Service Techs) both called to better understand our experience to know what to improve and explain the inspection results. I appreciate their personal follow up….they made it right and we’ll continue using Franklin in the future.
He was late is day but was very thorough and kept me very aware of what he found and corrected and what he was doing the whole time.
