My air conditioning went out on a Friday evening when my husband was out-of-town, and I was home alone with my toddler and infant. I called Franklin and spoke to their AI assistant (which was incredibly human-like and efficient) and Franklin called me back immediately letting me know that a technician would be there in 20 minutes and it was after-hours! Brett Rutledge showed up, assessed the situation, and found the bad cap on my unit immediately. He replaced the part he had on hand, and we had ice cold air blowing in my home within 30 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and he did it well. I am so thankful for the quick response, diagnosis, and repair. What could have been a disastrous and unsafe evening for my little ones, resulted in them safe asleep and cool in their beds. Not all heroes wear capes...thank you, Brett!
