Mickey found a problem with one of our AC units when doing the Spring check up last week. He came today and repaired the problem. He was quick and arrived within the scheduled window. We appreciate this service because it will reduce the chances we can need repairs during the hot summer months. Highly recommend Franklin!!!
Ayden was very professional and was able to fix the shower dain same day. Did the job after he flushed the water heater and the plumbing inspection he was originally scheduled to do. Highly recommend him and Franklin.
Lee was on time and efficient. As usual, it took a little time to inspect and test both A/C units and air handlers. After the inspection, he briefed me on the status of our cooling system. All was well, but he did show me pictures of the blower wheels which were a bit dirty. Not enough yet to require the cleaning procedure, but to expect that at some point in the future. That’s what we’ve come to expect from Franklin. An honest evaluation from their technicians. No bait & switch routines or unnecessary repairs from these folks. Just reliable service from a company that takes pride in their business.

Do you serve my city?
We serve Northwest Arkansas — Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Bella Vista, Farmington, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Tontitown, and Siloam Springs. We don’t currently service Eureka Springs or the surrounding Carroll County area.
How fast can you come out?

How much is a service call?
$29 flat. That covers the trip, a general diagnosis (some issues may require extended diagnostics), and an all-in price quote before any work begins. If you decide not to move forward, you only owe the $29. See our pricing page for more detail.
Do you offer free quotes or free second opinions?
Yes — both. Replacement quotes (new AC systems, water heaters, electrical panels) are always free, with no service-call fee. And if another company has given you a repair or replacement recommendation that feels off, we’ll send a technician out for a no-charge second opinion before you commit.
