For your peace of mind, our service technicians always wear uniforms, so you can be confident that the person at your door works for Franklin.

✅ You Will Get An Honest Diagnosis Or You Won't Pay

You deserve an honest diagnosis of your problem. For that reason, if a Franklin technician ever misdiagnoses an issue, you will not be charged for the service call or the repair (if one was done before the misdiagnosis was found).

✅ We Install Equipment to High Standards - Any Shortcomings Will Be Addressed

To ensure quality, all major equipment installations by Franklin include a manufacturer's part warranty and a labor warranty. We work very hard to install equipment right the first time, but if we do make a mistake, we will correct it promptly.

✅ If We Damage Your Property, We'll Repair or Replace It

We work very hard to protect your property by wearing shoe covers and using drop cloths. That said, mistakes do happen. If your property is damaged by a Franklin employee, you can rest assured that Franklin will make it right by either repairing or replacing it.

That's what our service calls are for. On a service call, we send out a technician to help you figure out what's going on with your system. Once our tech figures out what the issue is, he'll lay out the repair options and let you decide what route to take. If you want us to do the repair, we'll get to work on it. If you don't want to do the repair, you're only out the $29 service fee.
Yes! Our seasonal HVAC tune-ups are $69 per system and include a free reminder each fall and spring. To schedule, just tap the "Schedule Online" button or text/call us at (479) 282-0003. We also offer maintenance for both tank and tankless water heaters.
We sure do. As a homeowner looking to be as frugal as possible with your money, it’s always a good idea to get a second opinion on repair or replacement recommendations.
