Uniformed, Drug-Tested, Background-Checked Techs

Inviting someone into your home is a big deal. Out of an abundance of caution, Franklin drug tests and background checks every technician we hire. Our techs always wear uniforms, so you can be confident the person at your door works for Franklin.

Honest Diagnosis — or You Don’t Pay

You deserve an accurate diagnosis of your problem. If a Franklin tech ever misdiagnoses an issue, you won’t be charged for the service call or the repair (if one was already done before the misdiagnosis was found).

Installed Right — or Made Right

All major equipment installations include a manufacturer’s parts warranty and a Franklin labor warranty. We work hard to install equipment right the first time. If we make a mistake, we’ll correct it promptly — on us.

If We Damage Your Property, We Repair or Replace It

We work hard to protect your home with shoe covers and drop cloths. That said, mistakes do happen. If your property is damaged by a Franklin employee, we’ll make it right — either by repairing or replacing whatever was affected.

Ayden Kubiak performed a series of plumbing checks on our property this morning. He was professional and friendly in all of his communications to the homeowners. He was very orderly, efficient in his checks from the water pressure to the drainage of our waterheater. I am grateful to him for finding and clearing a slow-draining sink, and I am deeply impressed that he was able.to complete all tasks in a very short space.of time. He was a blessing to us! The bonus is that the plumbing fixtures are functioning beautifully in their various capacities. Well done! Common questions

I’m having an issue with my AC, plumbing, or electrical. What should I do?
That’s what our service calls are for. We send out a technician to diagnose what’s going on with your system. Once we know the issue, your tech lays out the repair options and lets you decide what route to take. If you want us to do the repair, we get to work. If you don’t, you only owe the $29 service fee. See our pricing page for more.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes — one-time HVAC tune-ups are $69.00 per system. We also offer Autopilot, our membership program that includes two HVAC tune-ups, an annual plumbing inspection and water heater flush, priority scheduling, and 24/7 access to Halo, our home-maintenance AI assistant. Autopilot starts at $24.99/mo or $299/year.
Do you offer free second opinions?
Yes. If another company has condemned a major part of your system (compressor, coil, panel, water heater) and you’d like another set of eyes on the recommendation, we’ll come out and give you a no-charge second opinion before you commit. Request a second opinion here.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We have teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer convenient financing for all home repairs over $500, upon credit approval. We offer 0% APR plans up to 60 months on qualifying jobs. See our financing page for current offers.
