10/26/2026: Another 5 star experience with Adrian Morua. We received an estimate for an underground leak repair between the water meter and our house. My initial reaction was that it was expensive, but after watching Adrian work his tail off for several hours, it was worth every penny. He showed us the problem, fixed the leak and returned the area to a condition where we could barely notice anything had been done. Awesome job. 2/24/2025 Update: 5 stars for the heating and cooling side as well. Mickey serviced our 9 year old mini-split. Just like Michael on the plumbing side, he was professional, on time, thorough, received a well documented summary of the call via email, and they were very fairly priced. These folks are a breath of fresh air in a world where it feels like you've got to keep one hand on your wallet at all times. Phenomenal experience with Michael and Franklin Heating and Air. We decided to proactively replace our 22 year old water heater, and reached out to 5 services for estimates. 4 were competitive, and one was almost twice as much as the others, but Michael was responsive, gave a free in-person, comprehensive estimate, and explained everything very thoroughly.
