At Franklin, pricing is an open book.

Most home services companies in NWA hide their pricing until they’ve charged you $90 to $150 just to show up. That’s the sunk-cost trap — once you’ve paid that much for a diagnosis, you’re far more likely to accept whatever quote follows just so the visit isn’t a total loss. Franklin breaks the trap on purpose: a $29 service call, prices published up front, free replacement quotes, free second opinions, and all-in flat-rate before any work begins. The only one in charge of what happens next is you.

“Jaxson from Franklin was amazing to work with. He was courteous, clearly explained the pricing and process, and was efficient with his time. He was able to find a leak that the previous 2 other companies I had out here missed. I am thankful for his honesty.”

Very personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Brett Rutledge came out and did a thorough examination of my air conditioning units as well as my HVAC. Found a small issue and thoroughly explained the problem as well as showed pictures. Happy with the explanation and the service. Would recommend and plan to use in the future.

FAQ

Common pricing questions.

Why is the service call $29?
Sending a fully-equipped, licensed technician to your home isn’t free for us — it covers the truck, parts inventory, and the tech’s time to diagnose your issue. We keep it at $29 because we’d rather earn your trust on the diagnosis than make money on the trip.
Do you charge for estimates on installs or replacements?
No. Equipment-replacement quotes (AC systems, water heaters, panels) are always free. The $29 service call only applies when you need a tech to diagnose a problem with an existing system.
Are your quotes binding?
Yes — we use flat-rate pricing. The price you approve is the price you pay. If we run into something unexpected mid-job (rare), we stop, tell you what changed, and get your sign-off before continuing.
What if I decline the repair?
You only owe the $29 service call. No penalty. We’d rather you say no today and call us next time than feel pushed into a repair you weren’t ready for.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We have teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer convenient financing for all home repairs over $500, upon credit approval. See our financing page for current offers.
Do prices include parts and labor?
Yes — the flat-rate prices we quote include both parts and labor. No nickel-and-diming for shop time, fuel surcharges, or "miscellaneous" line items. What you see is what you pay.
