1st time to rate Franklin this low. Tech was friendly respectful and on time but must have been new took him over 2 hours to complete routine inspections on 2 units. He observed $400+ worth of cleaning and other maintenance which I didn’t understand need or value. He didn’t have ladder to check filters which I said was ok since I change them every 3 months. Lastly I would have to reschedule a Sr Tech to complete.

Bradley worked for around 45 mins. checking the system. Informed me of a club where one can go to the head of the line if one pays around $200. I did not receive a checklist of what he checked, but he told me of a lower reading on his phone and explained what could’ve caused it. It’s important for me to have a check list of what was done so I can look back and review what was done in black and white. Now can’t remember what he said about that one area not having correct numbers!!!!!!!!

Common pricing questions.

Why is the service call $29?
Sending a fully-equipped, licensed technician to your home isn’t free for us — it covers the truck, parts inventory, and the tech’s time to diagnose your issue. We keep it at $29 because we’d rather earn your trust on the diagnosis than make money on the trip.
Do you charge for estimates on installs or replacements?
No. Equipment-replacement quotes (AC systems, water heaters, panels) are always free. The $29 service call only applies when you need a tech to diagnose a problem with an existing system.
Are your quotes binding?
Yes — we use flat-rate pricing. The price you approve is the price you pay. If we run into something unexpected mid-job (rare), we stop, tell you what changed, and get your sign-off before continuing.
What if I decline the repair?
You only owe the $29 service call. No penalty. We’d rather you say no today and call us next time than feel pushed into a repair you weren’t ready for.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We have teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer convenient financing for all home repairs over $500, upon credit approval. See our financing page for current offers.
Do prices include parts and labor?
Yes — the flat-rate prices we quote include both parts and labor. No nickel-and-diming for shop time, fuel surcharges, or "miscellaneous" line items. What you see is what you pay.
