Mickey found a problem with one of our AC units when doing the Spring check up last week. He came today and repaired the problem. He was quick and arrived within the scheduled window. Ayden was very professional and was able to fix the shower dain same day. Did the job after he flushed the water heater and the plumbing inspection he was originally scheduled to do. Highly recommend him and Franklin.
Lee was on time and efficient. As usual, it took a little time to inspect and test both A/C units and air handlers. After the inspection, he briefed me on the status of our cooling system. All was well, but he did show me pictures of the blower wheels which were a bit dirty. Not enough yet to require the cleaning procedure, but to expect that at some point in the future. That’s what we’ve come to expect from Franklin. An honest evaluation from their technicians. No bait & switch routines or unnecessary repairs from these folks. Just reliable service from a company that takes pride in their business.

Why is the service call $29?
Sending a fully-equipped, licensed technician to your home isn’t free for us — it covers the truck, parts inventory, and the tech’s time to diagnose your issue. We keep it at $29 because we’d rather earn your trust on the diagnosis than make money on the trip.
Do you charge for estimates on installs or replacements?
No. Equipment-replacement quotes (AC systems, water heaters, panels) are always free. The $29 service call only applies when you need a tech to diagnose a problem with an existing system.
Are your quotes binding?
Yes — we use flat-rate pricing. The price you approve is the price you pay. If we run into something unexpected mid-job (rare), we stop, tell you what changed, and get your sign-off before continuing.
What if I decline the repair?
You only owe the $29 service call. No pressure, no penalty. We’d rather you say no today and call us next time than feel pushed into a repair you weren’t ready for.
Do you offer financing?
