Generally, any single-component repair quoted at $500 or more, or any full-system replacement recommendation — across HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. What you need to qualify

Two things:

1. A written or electronic invoice from the other company — a licensed contractor in the area — showing the diagnosis and quoted repair price. This is how we know what to verify and protects everyone’s time.

2. One free second opinion per customer. If you’ve already had us out for one, our standard $29 service call applies to any follow-up second-opinion visits.

You’ll receive our expert, honest assessment with zero obligation. To qualify, you must have a written or electronic invoice from a licensed company in the area, and the free second opinion is limited to one per customer.
