Which cities does Franklin serve?
Franklin serves eleven cities across Northwest Arkansas: Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Bella Vista, Farmington, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Tontitown, and Siloam Springs. Service calls are $29 regardless of which city you're in, and same-day or next-day appointments are the norm except for periods of extremely high demand.
How fast can a Franklin tech get to my city?
Same-day or next-day service is the norm across every NWA city we serve, except during periods of extremely high demand. For true emergencies (burst pipes, sewage backups, no heat in winter, no AC in summer), we dispatch on-call techs after hours. Call (479) 282-0003 or schedule online for service.
Does Franklin charge more in some cities than others?
No. The flat-rate pricing structure is the same in every NWA city we serve — $29 service call, then a flat-rate repair price quoted before any work begins. Pricing is set by the scope of the job, not where your home is.
What if I'm just outside the Franklin service area?
Call us anyway — (479) 282-0003. We sometimes serve homes just outside the city limits on a case-by-case basis. Note: we do NOT serve Eureka Springs or the surrounding Carroll County area.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every Franklin technician works under our Arkansas state licensing, and we're fully insured (general liability + workers' comp). Our team is also background-checked and drug-tested. Email us if you'd like proof of license and insurance.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes — every job is backed by the Franklin Service Guarantee. If something we repaired or installed isn't right, we'll come back and make it right at no charge.
What is the $29 service call?
It's our diagnostic visit. A licensed technician comes out, figures out what's actually going on, and gives you an all-in flat-rate price for the repair before any work starts. If you decide not to move forward, you only owe the $29 — no penalty. Replacement quotes (water heaters, AC systems, panels, etc.) are always free.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We've teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer financing on home repairs over $1,000, upon credit approval. See our financing page for current promotions, or ask your technician for options before approving the quote.
Do you offer services other than this?
Yes — Franklin handles HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Same crew, same $29 service call, same flat-rate guarantee.
