What's included in Autopilot?

Our Autopilot program takes the guesswork out of home maintenance. Membership includes:

• Comprehensive HVAC Tune-Ups: Two (2x) HVAC tune-ups per year to prepare for the heating and cooling seasons. Both tune-ups include a report showing the health of the system and any potential issues.
• Plumbing Inspection w/ Water Heater Flush: One (1x) annual plumbing inspection, including a water heater flush*.
• Hassle-Free Scheduling: We track when you are due for service and reach out to you directly. You'll also get early access to our maintenance slots.
• Access to Halo: Get exclusive access to Halo, our home maintenance AI assistant. Halo provides helpful weather reminders, alerts, and customized home maintenance advice.

*If possible. Not all water heaters are set up for flushing. If yours is not, we will provide a price to modify it so that it can be flushed.

How much does Autopilot cost?

Autopilot starts at $24.99/mo (or $299/year) which covers one HVAC system and one water heater. Need more coverage? Additional HVAC systems or water heaters are just $10.99/mo ($129/year) per unit.
